The WETRO-HardBag – a divider – is a packaging with divider inlays to protect and stabilize the products during transport. The WETRO-HardBag is made of solid, rigid materials, such as hollow chamber plates (HKP) or structural chamber plates. They are often the inner workings of SLCs, LLCs or SLCs. Slipping of individual components is effectively prevented by the stable compartments.

STRUCTURED CORE PANELS - THE ALL-ROUNDER AMONG LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Whether as secure load carriers, high-quality inserts with fixings or functional compartments - structured core panels are known as real all-rounders with universal application possibilities. Made from robust polypropylene, they are extremely resilient and durable despite their extremely low weight. As a durable packaging material, they can be reused several times and, thanks to their recyclability, can easily be returned to the material cycle after use.

In contrast to classic twin-wall sheets, textured twin-wall sheets are characterized by maximum stability and compressive strength. In the three-layer sandwich construction, in which each layer is firmly welded to the others, it is the middle layer in particular that creates exceptional robustness with a special dimpled structure.
The smooth surface of the outer layers encloses the structured component, creating a flat contact surface and thus opening up a wide range of possible applications in the storage and packaging sector. The generous air spaces that form between the middle and outer layers also make structured chamber sheets an extremely lightweight packaging material.
