Quality is a special obligation and responsibility for us in the service of our customers. High customer satisfaction is always the focus of our work. Permanently well thought-out product and service concepts are our most important foundation stones for this.
We want to convince our customers with our high quality products, services and a fair pricing policy. Thereby we ensure a lasting customer loyalty to our company. We are only competitive if we are able to work in a team oriented manner and provide services that always meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and thus fulfil our own company philosophy. For us, quality means cultivating a corporate culture that is characterised by shared values and goals. These are first and foremost personal motivation, cooperation and open and fair behaviour in dealing with each other.
We want to jointly define, improve and implement our internal processes. Customer requirements should be determined in detail, conscientiously checked, documented and fulfilled, and additional applicable internal and external requirements should be complied with. In this way we want to avoid mistakes instead of correcting them afterwards. Good relationships with our customers and suppliers are of great importance to us! By working and acting with foresight we avoid unnecessary mistakes. Cleanliness in the workplace and throughout the company supports error-free and safe working. By continuously improving our quality management system and raising awareness, we achieve a constant improvement and stability of our processes.
For the manufacture of our products and the development of our processes, we strive for environmentally friendly and job-safe solutions. When selecting materials for reusable packaging, we attach great importance to the longest possible service life and reusability. We comply with all relevant environmental and occupational safety regulations, laws and ordinances.
We regularly review our environmental and occupational safety performance and goals and take necessary improvement measures in case of deviations.
All employees are provided with information and training to ensure that they act responsibly. Within the scope of their activities they are obliged to comply with the environmental policy and occupational safety. Continuous improvement is our permanent goal also in the areas of environmental protection and occupational safety.
We communicate openly with authorities, customers, suppliers and the public and take into account suggestions from interested parties in our planning.
Environmental requirements for suppliers and contractors
We strive for environmentally friendly solutions in the manufacture of our products and the development of our processes. The conservation of resources and environmental protection are in permanent focus. We act in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and expect something comparable from our suppliers and contractors. Current safety data sheets or instructions for use are to be enclosed with the deliveries without request.
